RAM suddenly slow?!?!

The clock speed was running at 3200MHz for a while.  Now it's running at 2933MHz.  Windows updates for itself overnight, but I have not tinkered with this PC otherwise.  Can't access XMP / DOCP in BIOS as this is a Lenovo IdeaCentre...

 

It runs everything I throw at it, but recently I noticed CS:GO started hiccupping and I'm assuming this sudden RAM throttling could be the culprit.

Why would RAM suddenly do such a thing?
