PC randomly reboots

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x with stock cooler

GPU: AMD RX 580

Motherboard: MPG B550 Gaming Plus

PSU Corsair CX750M

Ram: T-Force Xcalibur 8GB DDR4 4000 (without XMP on) (CL18-20-20-44)

Storage: Samsung SSD and a WD hard drive

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

So this is for my Dads build he had something like an fx4300 and it was getting really really bad so we went out and bought the 5600x and the new motherboard and PSU I installed everything updated the bios and went to install Windows 10 and everything went fine but once I got into Windows and started to install games the PC randomly started to just turn off and turn back on but the lights and fans in the PC never turned off and no error codes so after checking some basic things like temps I thought maybe the OS install went bad so I redid that and then in the process of installing Windows again It just keeps restarting I cant even get through the windows setup screens then I got an extra SSD I have with a fresh install of Windows 10 already set up installed on it and booted to that and it kept rebooting I then went on to switch out every part in the PC one by one other then the CPU and motherboard because they are brand new and I don't really have any thing to switch them out with and I'm really out of ideas so any suggestions would be amazing thank you

Try running DDU and then install the stable driver. If you were already running that one try this driver.

Also tried disabling XMP already?

While the CXM isn't a bad unit, it's far from great. I think this is most likely the issue.

The first easy thing to try is run Memtest.

After that the main suspects would be mobo and PSU.

Thank you to everyone that answered it did turn out to be the PSU when I swapped the old unit in to test to see if the new one was ok I forgot to change out the plug that goes to the wall so I used the new defective wall adapter with the working PSU and still had problems before I took the PC apart again I tested the old PSU with the old wall adapter and everything worked fine
