PC Freezing and Buzzing Problem

Hello, I am having this issue with my pc and I'm not sure how to fix it and the problem is that makes my pc freeze and and it makes a buzzing and I am not sure on how to fix it. But in case you were wondering The pc is a MSI Trident 3 Prebuilt and the Components are Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super and for the CPU its intel-core I5 and installed ram has 8GB.  So if you have any methods or solutions to fix this issue please tell me Because this problem is getting a little annoying.

The most common cause of buzzing sounds in PCs is coil whine, but it doesn’t have any affect on performance, it’s just annoying. How connected is this buzzing sound and the crash?

I'm not sure how connected it is but it just freezes for like 3 or 5 seconds and I try looking for methods but some don't work though and it happened like when I'm playing a video or playing game or just something random for example it just freezes for like 5 seconds and then it stops and it is just annoying and I'm not sure how to fix it.

So it freezes for a short period of time and then goes on?  There is no crash?

are these all multiplayer or remote games?  Things that depend on an internet connection somehow?

I think it could be my internet connection and its multiplayer, I think it is internet because it used to have bad latency or bad connection before but now it is working fine I think it could be happening again.

Checking the variance of the ping might not hurt then.  There’s a lot of steps data takes on it’s way to the screen though. A lot of them are outside of your control but a lot of them are in your network or in your machine.

Well Thank you My problem has been solved I had to fix my internet and then I updated my internet drivers and then restart my pc and everything works fine thank you for the help
