weird black flash

Hello,

-msi b550 a-pro (BIOS 7C56vA84(Beta version) latest version, support windows 11)

-Ryzen 5 3600

-windows 11

-radeon 6700XT (latest driver)

-600 Watt be quiet! Pure Power 80+ gold

-monitor : samsung g7 32"

 

i'ts a prebuilt i had for a couple days, and i got some weird black flash on windows, they leave artefact (black on windows manager on the screenshoot) they don't show up randomly, i can trigger it with facebook calls and had a bunch of them on windows settings menus too. Haven't any problems on benchmarks or game minus 1 black screen then a crash on forza horizon 5. 

When the black screen flash occur, gpu briefly go to 100% on windows task manager, and up only a little on radeon software (as partially visible on the screenshoot).

i have them both on display port or hdmi

i have all the update and driver installed, reinstalled gpu drivers, disabled gpu overclocking and still got them.

 

any ideas ?
