looking to upgrade pc

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gta V, valorant, fortnite

first get another 

Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

Then see what GPUs you can get second hand. I assume GPU prices in india can't be good either.

            Drives: Samsung 970 EVO plus 250GB, Micron 1100 2TB, Seagate ST4000DM000/1F2168 GPU: EVGA RTX 2080 ti Black edition

i am getting a gtx 1050 ti around 20000inr which is around $370 should i go for it?

how about a RX 580 and GTX 1060 or GTX 1650?
