Aorus Rx 580 broken?

Hello guys, 

3 days ago my rx580 had started  to have some issues  , the fans were  spinning, but i was getting no display. 

 

  i had a problem with the amd drivers, some settings just refused to change, i reinstalled the drivers and restarted, after i tried to restart my gpu was kinda restarting and not giving me output. 

first of all i disconected the gpu, but the problem seem to persist, 

second i unpplugged the ram, and tried to boot with just 1 slot on, that didnt work, after that i changed the psu ( no display whatsoever), changed the hdmi cable, tried swap the gpu with an older one, the pc was working just fine. 

 

I think the problem might be the gpu memory chips   or smth, what do you guys think? 

 

the gpu seem to restart, and restart but i dont get any display. [fans and rgb working just fine =)))]

No bios splash screen also? Did you reset the motherboard yet?

Ok, disconnect from power , yes take the psu cable off, 

 

Go to the motherboard and take out the Bat will probbaly be behind the GPU . wait like 10min or 30min , put all back and turn on the pc and good luck.
