A Q about gpu0/gpu1 slots...

Situation:  I have 2 GPU's in my current system, 2x 3070. Oddly, the system uses gpu1 (physically the second slot from top to bottom) instead of gpu0 (top slot) as default. Is there anyway to change that and/or why is it doing this?

Additional Info:

 

I have 2 screens plugged into the Gpu in slot 0...

 

When I plug the screens into the "second" gpu, it switches them around...

 

basically, whatever screen I plug them into, the other one becomes the default one...
