Flickerring black bar

Hey, for the last maybe week or two I've been experiencing completely random flickering of a black bar on top of one of my monitors, specifically the main monitor. I've tried clean reinstalling the drivers and changing the display ports but nothing seemed to work.

Can you switch which output port your monitors are connected to at your PC and see if the issue persists on the affected monitor? That would help rule out if it is a monitor issue or display output issue.
