"Sticky" Mouse between Monitors

I have a monitor above my primary monitor. The mouse used to "stick" and get "stuck" before going up to the top monitor. I would need to get some momentum to get the courser to it. I swapped out one of my lower monitors (left) and now that left monitor is sticking, but not my primary monitor. I keep dragging around icons on my taskbar when trying to change tabs. How do I reimplement this?
