G502 Free Scroll Catching?

Go to solution Solved by RONOTHAN##,

One of my G502s had basically the exact opposite problem, where it would go into free scroll even when set to normal scrolling.

The solution? 2 months of ignoring it. That was well over a year ago and that issue hasn't returned.

I'd contact Logitech and see what they'd do about it (it should still be under warranty), but I wouldn't be surprised if it just fixed itself in about a month of use.

I just got a G502 about a month ago and last Friday it seems to have broken the free scroll. The free scroll either stops immediatly after starting it or it runs for a little bit maybe 1 - 4 seconds for a decent spin. When i free spin it it makes an odd noise likes its catching the case or something and it seems to be bouncing quite alot. It works perfectly fine in regular scrolling.

Any solutions?
