I recently built my own PC (Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 2070 Super, 16 GB of 3600 MHz DDR4) and freshly installed Windows 11 on it. I have fTPM enabled, DOCP enabled, fast boot disabled, and SVM enabled (using VirtualBox for one of my classes). Everything is detected properly and I have all the chipset and graphics drivers installed. However, in every game I play, I’ve been noticing these micro-stutters even though my frames are usually consistently high. For example, in Valorant, I get 200-300 fps on average. When I track the 0.1% lows, it can get as low as 40 fps, so I’m assuming those are where the micro-stutters are occurring. I first assumed that my temps were the issue, but I check them and GPU and CPU temps never go above 70C for the games and settings I play. I’ve tried updating my BIOS and using DDU to freshly reinstall my graphics drivers, but I’m still getting the same stutters. I’ve been suggested to try doing a RAM test and capping my fps or turning vsync on. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get rid of these micro-stutters??

Sorry to bump this post from forever ago, but noticed it got no traction and I'm having the same exact issue, except I've pinpointed the cause to actually just be SVM.

I wanted to necro this thread with the hopes someone could chime in on work arounds outside of having to reboot into BIOS and re-enable/disable SVM whenever I want to do work VS. game.

I noticed it happening in other games, but only really started to drive me crazy once I started playing Valorant.
