cluttered Device Manager problematic?

Hey folks,

in my Device Manager there are quite many entries under the HID (and Mouse) sections and I wanted to know whether this is a problem or if there is a good way to clean up these entries a bit without trial and error "if I deactivate this, does stuff still work" method.
Only Input problems I really have are
1) the volume wheel on my keyboard is acting up and is not very usable in its current state - hard to explain its bahaviour -

2) In Battlefield 2042 I have to deactivate my 3D mouse and my XBOX controller in the device manager to have working inputs that dont freeze or drop out every few seconds

I attached a screenshot of the device manager so you can maybe see for yourself... most entries are some generic names that I don't know what device they would belong to...

Thanks for any advice

If you want to clean it up, you can right click and click uninstall. If its a necessary driver it will be reinstalled upon a reboot of windows automatically. However, this is normal as single devices will have multiple entries in Device Manager so its nothing to actually worry about.
