Connect Separate Devices

How do I connect all the rgb (GPU, RAM, Fans) to eachother to sync. Currently the ram and GPU are configurable separately in their own apps but the fans are only editable through buttons on the case but I know someone who controls them with software. If someone could help me figure this out, my build is below
