Do you live near microcenter? they have 10700k for 150 and gkill non rgb for like 50$

Overall your CPU is too expensive, and your using 1660 so no need for 11th gen. Id stick with 10th gen save you some money. Id try to find a used 20series card for more its not easy but you can find them. and if your lucky it will be under warranty I recommend EVGA.
