Windows won't install

So I had a bit of a problem with Windows and I reinstalled it. Now I am stuck on Let's get a few basic things out of the way and when I choose the language it goes onto Why did my Pc restart page and then I click next again it restarts and comes back to Let's get a few basic things out. Can someone pls help me somehow? Also I need help I have online school to complete

I installed viber and messenger as applications it bricked and this was one of the rare things is could do
