First Setup - Any changes needed?

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming or playing games as well as doing work on blender projects or live2d

Other details: Since this is my first setup I am a bit hesitant on buying but since it is black Friday I decided to try it out. Are there any recommendations on what I could change to make it cheaper or provide more for my money's worth? 
Also is it normal for the Lian li Uni 3 pack fans to contain a controller for the rgb? If so, then how do the single rgb fans work?
