New PC Build Help (Airflow Questions)

I was wondering if the H150i is overkill for my CPU if I play on overclocking? Should I get the H100i instead? Also with the 678c I have 8 fan slots, one in bottom, 3 in front, 3 up top, one in back. Im trying to figure out if I should mount my radiator on top or in front as well. Airflow is a big concern for me with this build.

then why opt for low tier fans (LL120 and the ones on H150i) along with a closed front panel case?

The front panel case is why Im currently concerned, from what I hear the LL120 and the ML120 fans are good for airflow though, why what do you suggest?
