Ssms?or something else cause my error

Hey not sure what would be best for for topic . 

 

Anyway I seek some knowledge/advice to the error I receive

I'm having a hp proliant dl380 gen6 with iLO , windows server 2016

Recent update too

 

I'm trying to setup new game server on a other box now I installed SSMS ( SQL server management suite ) and SQL Server 2017 Express Edition

 

I checked the program the timeline shows correct one to my own time (Sweden) 

 

I asked couple of ppl that got same Server but they haven't seen or heard of this error before and I asked other community on discord but no reply for 2 days so I decided to jump in here and seek help 

 

And i hope i find the solution for its annoying haha

 

I'm abit tempted to reinstall windows (doubt would work by that )  see if that solves it but wanna check here first
