Posted November 22, 2021 I have an MSI b550 gaming edge wifi and when I first built my computer I routed my fan's into the motherboard instead of the fan controller. I'm trying to actually cable manage it now, so I'm wondering if I can make it work with the fan controller.
 Posted November 22, 2021 Does the fan controller connect through PWM on the motherboard or is it controlled through a different connection? In order to control the fans through the motherboard you need to have some sort of PWM connection either through the fan controller or the fans themselves if there isn't a PWM connection to the motherboard they will not be controllable from the motherboard fan control.
