Random PC freeze.

In past few month I have problem that my PC just randomly freeze it happen 1-2 time in week sometime this freeze been just few sec than other times I need do hard reset and I never get any BSOD at this freeze. Btw sometime than it freeze I hear buzzing noise from my speakers. I look in windows event log but ufortunally not found any critical error.

Now I use W11 but I'm pretty sure is not W11 problem due it happen before with W10 as well on same PC. Clean OS reinstall as well not fix that. I check all temps and all is fine as well scan PC from virus, malware nothing found. Any idea what can cause this problem ?
