With laptops or other prebuilts the model can sometimes make a big difference.

weird drops like that on AMD often have to do with old bioses.  That’s not AMD though. Also it’s not common with pre amphere stuff. I suspect some sort of background app interference. Weird on the gpu though.  Normally a memory leak or something would be a cpu thing not a gpu thing.   Mining malware?  It’s not common.  What else is running when this happens? Also is this something that didn’t used to happen? And if so how long has it been happening? Do you practice poor data hygiene?  Pirated or cracked anything?  My first instinct is to do a full clean install and reload just on general principal.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Most of the time is alienware mobile connect and discord that runs in the backgroung. Yes it doesn't happen before. It's been happening for over 3 months. No i do not crack anything

Alienware laptop?  That helps some.  So there was a time it didn’t happen at all, but did start happening about 3 months ago.  Do you remember doing anything specific at that time?  You might not have.  Microsoft and other companies have a habit of auto updating stuff which can cause weird breakages.  Alienware should in theory have a decent support call-in thing.  If it something is a Dell specific hardware or software issue they may have answers already.

Have you run a malware check?  Malware is actually pretty rare. And Trojans are hard to find once they’re installed, so a clean return from a malware check may not mean anything if you got social-engineered by a Trojan attached to an email or something, but checking is free and doesn’t take very long.  Companies that make such things often like to pull a person into the paid stuff. Some programs even make themselves hard to remove and can become effectively malware themselves.  I don’t know what is popular these days.  Others might.
