ASUS Zephyrus M16 problems

 My Zephyrus M16 has been having shut offs and stuttering after 1 hour of gaming i have been monitoring temps they don't go over 95C. I tried the following fixes installing Intel XTU software to crank up the power limits with no avail. Could i be dealing with a deflective unit. I wish Linus would do a video of the performance and other things.
