Capturing videos

Hi I have problem capturing my videos. The gameplay is smooth, no fps drops anything but the recording is sometimes laggy. Can anyone please help? Thank you in advance

1. I think have a PC that is good enough to record games. To be more specific I have 3080 and 5800x 32gb ram 3200mhz.

2. I have tried several apps. I tried Lowkey.gg, Insight Capture, Medal tv, and OBS. Obs was the only app that wasn't as much laggy as the other apps. 

3. I have a qhd monitor and I record 1080p and 60fps.

With a 3080, are you using NVENC as your encoder for recording? You should be able to get near perfect quality with a 3080 recording in OBS. Sounds like some settings likely need to be tweaked.
