on case Type C

I have an asrock b550 motherboard and put it in the NZXT H510 case. the case has a type c on the front IO but I don't have a header for it on the board any recommendations to get it working for power data transfer speed really doesn't matter for me on that port.

the usb 3.0 adapter will be limited to usb 3.0 speeds, where as the pci card should be able to get full speed. may be cheaper/better brands/models, these were just two i pulled up as examples.
