Hello everyone,

I am thinking about upgrading my PC, but i am not quiet sure what would I should change. Maybe a CPU or RAM change.

I am from Austria, so please excuse, if my english is not the best.

Currently I am running:

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC (BIOS-Version: 1.B0 - AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.4; Date:11th August 2019)

RAM: 2x 8GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3200

GPU: RTX 2060 Super MSI Gaming X

CPU-Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock

PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 11 600W CM (80+ Gold)

Storage: 512GB Samsung MZVLB512HAJQ-00000 and 1TB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS

Case: Fractal Design Focus G

With my PC I am gaming, streaming and recording, so I was leaning towards a better CPU, to handle the workload better, but I don´t know if this would be the right choice.

Now I was thinking of maybe getting a Ryzen 7 3700X or if i should get another 2 sticks of the same RAM or switch to different RAM sticks like Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x8GB DDR4-3200.

I am completly inexperienced, when it comes to building PC together, except for the M.2 storage of the 970 EVo PLUS which I installed myself. So I wanted to stay at upgrades which are not to difficult for a novice.

First i looked at PCpartpicker to see if a Ryzen 7 3700x would be compatible with my Motherboard, because I saw some comments online that said, that there could be problems, but it seems compatible.

But then PCpartpicker showed me a Warning:

"The MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC ATX AM4 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the be quiet! Pure Power 11 CM 600 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it."

And now I am a little scared of what to do with that and how to handle this and if it could compromise the future upgrade.

I purchased my PC from a Custom PC Manufacturer in Germany, by the name AGANDO and when I configured my PC, it didn´t show me any warnings about these possible issues with the PSU and my PC has been running smoothly until now, except that there has been semi-frequent issues while playing Call of Duty Warzone, Black Ops and Modern Warfare, like blue screens, but at the time i thought that it has to do something with the game, but now I am not sure anymore, if it could not be the PSU and the missing connector.

Here the link to my build on PCpartpicker, if you want to see the Warning: https://at.pcpartpicker.com/list/pPqfJf

Thank you all for the help beforehand,
