I have no idea

I've had my PC from nzxt since February with no problem. Then it just freezes when I open a game, no audio, no power to my keyboard or mouse and I'm forced to hard reset. The fans kept spinning and the leds where on just fine. I've tried reinstalling the gpu drivers with no luck. Ran ram and storage diagnostics, and windows anti-virus software. I've run out of ideas and nzxt support is closed till Monday. 

 

The specs are 

• Ryzen 5 5600x
• Msi rtx 3070
• B450 acres pro wifi-cf
• 16 gig ram

Check event viewer and dxdiag if there's anything in there that could cause it.
