5700 overheating

Hi i have AMD 5700 Reference edition for 3 years. I haven't overclock or apply new thermal paste since i bought it. I only use this GPU for gaming. But recently the GPU blow like a jet engine with temp around 65C under idle, and 85C under gaming load. Should i change it to custom loop cooling. Or are there any way i able to fix this.
