Microsoft Office 2019 Install Issues

So, I had a user that lost permissions to using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. We tried repairing Office and restarting Office, rebooting after each of those attempts. We then uninstalled Office. Now, I tried reinstalling Office through our Office Deployment Tool (ODT.) We have a batch file called "office_2019_install_helper" that opens the cmd and starts downloading Office. When it finishes downloading, we get this message: "Sorry, we ran into a problem." Error Code 30015-39 (183). I went to the internet to look for solutions. I tried installing with the firewall off, clearing out Office contents from the Registry Editor, and scanning the network driver to make sure there weren't any hiccups in the connection while trying to download. I have been stuck on this problem for a while, and could really use some help. Thanks.

Have you tried opening CMD and running the

sfc /scannow

command?

Yes I believe so but tired again just in case. Came back with message, "the scan did not find any integrity violations."

Do you have any other computers on the same network that you can attempt to uninstall/reinstall office on?

Is this particular PC able to be rebuilt or re-imaged?

It would be hard to since the user is using it all day. I could try with my laptop I have in my office. I could find out if it is the file or the computer that way. I am guessing it is the computer but we will find out.

Download the office scrubber tool to clean out any remaining files/reg entries.

It should then re-install fine after a reboot.
