I would like to know if the Macbook Pro-13 inch finally has a decent graphics capability? I was looking at the description and I would like to know how good the 8-core GPU in the M1 would be? Is anyone able to compare it to a GTX graphics card?

For what purpose? Given there is little cross-compatibility between stuff you'd run on a PC with an Nvidia card and something you'd run on an M1 it's pretty hard to give an answer.

If I was to install Windows 10 ARM on a M1 Mac would it be able to play games?

You can't run it natively, only through a VM.

Some stuff kinda works but combining both emulation and virtualization makes it pretty meh performance wise.
