Just use the M$ Create media for Windows it works for creating booth a DISC or UBS install media

 

It allso let You downliad a ISO file of the LATEST version of the OS of Your choice from Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 and 11..

 

It even worked / updated directly as an UPGRADE on a cloned SSD (windows 10 Pro Retail ed) from a AM3+ system to a AM4 Ryzen 3 3200G system, with only a few ststem drivers, the upgrade took less than an hour.

 

Have been running it for 40 days, getting (allmost*) ALL M$  updates..

 

The Windows 11 OS was simply ACTVATED by using the original Windows 10 Pro Retail used on the AM3+ systen.

Just like on the AM3+ system, I have to FORCE certain updates (like certain døgnet framework updates and a few more) using DriverMax (it shoul even free to use with 2 free daily downloads)

 

I was just lucky to get it as a LIFETIME NO LIMIT subscription of DriverMax (You CAN'T buy that version anymore), so My version can use on as many PC I want, 4Ever...

 

In My opinion, a must have tool (lok Privazer, to keep Your system CLEAN) N.B. DriverMax  it wil not only download/install the latest (working drivers forcYOUR HARDWARE), but allso certain Windows updates...
