In the past month I started having random freezes that last 10 seconds to several minutes. And it might be seconds or hours between freezes. It used to just be when I was playing games, now it sometimes freezes on the desktop.

Usually I can still move the mouse during a freeze but nothing else works. Clicking buttons or trying to pull up task manager doesn't work.

This morning I booted up my computer and I froze on my loading screen for like 10 mins. I restarted my PC and then my screen wouldn't turn on for a while, so I restarted it a few more times over half an hour.

Now I managed to get it to boot, but I am now froze on the login screen. I can move the mouse but the rest is unresponsive.

Edit: now I can't get to the boot screen and the monitor just stays black. Tried two differnt monitors same issue. Swapped out my boot drive, screen still stays black.

I have a RX 580, Ryzen 2600, 16 gigs ram, 240 gig ssd, 750 watt PSU, 64 bit windows 10

Monitor connected with DP or HDMI?

HDMI. Tried two differnt monitors and got nothing. Tried swapping in a different boot SSD and screen stays black and doesn't boot. Thinking of buying a new Ryzen apu and maybe ssd as well.
