I just had this thread where I learned I had to update my BIOS so it would recognize my SSD and then I could put Windows on that. I was all set, in Windows on the SSD looking at partitions in Disk Manager and things were going smoothly. I then decided, stupidly I guess, to put the back panel on my PC while it was running. There's some wires on the back and as soon as I did this the monitor displayed a black screen with just the cursor. The PC then restarted and is now showing the "please enter a boot device and press a key" DOS screen. Idk what the fuck happened but when I go into the BIOS it says I have an SSD, but I currently cannot load Windows to that SSD since I had just done that and it doesn't display as an available drive when I enter the Windows boot USB.

I'm seriously at a loss. I literally had Windows running on my PC and everything was good, but now it won't work. The SSD is still seated, I've completely detached the HDDs that I had because I don't need them right now and everything else with my system seems to be working fine. I just can't access the SSD now and boot into Windows.
