GPU error code 12

I am currently bulding a PC with 3 GPUs and when i plug in the 3rd Gpu, the secpnd and 3rd GPU get the error code 12. With 2 plugged in it works fine but as soon as i plug in the 3rd one i get the error code 12 in the device Manager.

 

System: 

             Asrock h510 btc +

             3x rtx 3080ti

              be quiet straightpower 12 

              intel celeron g5925

I wished I could afford one 3090.  Also do you have an m.2 drive on your motherboard is so remove it then try third card if it boots to bios

i do not have a m.2ssd connected

Check your error logs in windows it show what irq are in conflict.  

 

how do i get the error log ?
