my task manager is bugged.

my task manager says that my cpu is at 100% on all cores but msi dragon center says it is at about 3 to 6 percent.

 

Witch one is correct?

I would trust windows personally. Go to the Processes tab and sort it via CPU usage. Is there any large takers of CPU horsepower?

I have checked and it is not even close to 100%

I checked the usage when my pc had nothing running and when it had heavy loads and it always reads 100%

When I was testing with a heavy load dragon center did read a higher usage then it did with no load.

this all started happing after a windows update so I think my task manager is bugged.

its possible then. Have you tried rolling the update back?

not yet I am still troubleshooting other solutions.
