Black screen

im having some world famous black screen issues with my girlfriends pc. after a while of just using the pc as normal (nothing straining or special) her monitors go black and stop recieving video input. the pc is still running perfectly fine in the background. It seems to me that this is some kind of graphic driver issue but i just can't get it fixed as it's impossible to get any acurate cause for when the screen goes black. I've tried updating drivers, changing drivers to previous versions, updating windows, checking for corrupt files,... but at last after a few hours the issue persists. I'm hoping some of you might have some further ideas as to causes and fixes for these general black screen issues as most of the stuff i find when searching is just a copy paste of the previously mentioned fixes. I'ts not the monitos as they're both new and work fine on other devices, i'ts probably not the hardware as everything runs fine before and after the screens go black so i'm guessing im missing some software related stuff somewhere.

I hope someone can help me fix this!

I think I've been experiencing the same issue. It usually only happens for a couple of seconds and then comes back on, but Chrome windows basically deactivate. Discord used to shut down entirely.
