You can use an access point to create a wireless network, that clients can use to access the Internet (and/or intranet).

That model supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

It 'spreads' wifi, both in 5 GHz (faster and lot less interference, but less area to cover) and 2.4 GHz (kind-of vice versa of what before) frequencies, using the 802.11ac standard (there's newer model already using 802.11ax or WIFI 6).

That's heck of an (kind-of overkill) access point you have there if you only serves like a family of 4 with barely any streaming use or not-close enough the speed that it offers. Such thing usually used in public places that needs good enough wifi for everyone, or in the case when your use-case wanted to connect kind-of enough amount of wireless devices with enough bandwidth (still, depends of what you stream) to all of them streaming without compromising much of the other's quality of usage.

Saw one of them in use when I'm an intern in an office, actually a decent performer for 10-12 people there.

In a nutshell, you can find the comparison between models here. https://www.ui.com/unifi/unifi-ap-ac-pro/

Humor me, as you should do.

does this platform has a section of sales

Definitely give to the one that needs a decent wifi if they're plan it to use it on a public place, probably like a café or so with wide enough area. One of them should be enough to cover a public-size, McDonald's like, eating room.

I need to sell the in-wall and the celling mount model quickly.

Ask someone for which marketplace platform that can sell those things easily. Can't give you much about this since it's different for every place.
