Ping noise coming from my laptop even when sounds is muted !

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7591 2 in 1 

Intel i5 10210U 

32GB Ram 

512gb intel optane Nvme 

1tb Crucial MX500

 

There is a very low ping sound coming up from the motherboard when I edit an image in Photoshop, and specifically when I move it around the screen in Photoshop! What do you guys think the problem is? Is it possible the integrated graphic card?

I'd eliminate hard drive ticking since you have only ssd storage. It could be coil whine, since you only seem to encounter it in workload situations. Is it like a consistent 'Ping' / ticking noise, or is it more of a fluctuating constant noise? Your fans could also be rubbing on itself or any dirt that might have gotten in. If the sound is recruitable, would you be able to point out where you think it's coming from physically on the laptop since the location can help alot, best of luck
