What does pixel clock mean? I'm confused since my 144hz monitor shows a 70mhz pixel clock but my 75hz monitor shows a max 170mhz pixel clock in HWInfo64.

Comes from the days of analog CRT's... Basically a measure of how often the signal is changing pixels. Not really relevant to digital monitors, but it's part of a resolution specification.
