Computer Not Booting With HDMI Plugged Into GPU

Hey so im not sure if this is allowed here or is meant to be here. But this is the best place i could go. When i have my HDMI plugged into my GPU my computer does not boot. Ive tried taking it out and putting it back in. Cleaning it  etc. But none of that has worked. Im not sure what else to try. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know as i do not have the money to buy a new GPU. thank you for your time and reading this :)

Also have you tried a different monitor?

Agreed. I forget which one, but an Austin Evans video showed a PC that didn't boot because a specific pin on the HDMI connector caused a weird power spike. Changing the cable fixed it, so it might work for you as well.

It boots with HDMI when i have it plugged directly into the motherboard. When i try it plugged into the GPU nothing happens. My keyboard about mouse light up but then shut down again. And i get a "No Signal" message on my monitor
