Im getting 100% CPU usage at idle constantly. Ive done everything on all other forums nothing helps. Apps are using a lot more cpu power than they should,

Is it sustained or is it sudden spikes? What are the specifications of your system?

Open Task Manager, Process tab, the sort by CPU(click on xx% CPU row), and what are the first few processes? Send us a screenshot if possible.
