Computer won't Boot with GPU

so I have been issues trying to get my PC up and running. When I boot my PC without my GPU installed it boots to BIOS and cannot find a bootable device in order for me to boot to windows. Online one of the forums I found said the issue may be the lack of a GPU, when I installed my GPU to try to see if that could solve my issue my PC does not boot at all. When the GPU is removed the PC boots to BIOS again no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3080

MOBO: ASUS Tuf gaming B560M Plus

PSU: Corsair RM650

Plug in your display cable into the gpu and not the motherboard if you havent done so already
