Computer is getting stuck

Hi,

My PC is getting stuck I don't know why, It happens when I use my computer normally as well as doing a big task.

First I thought this is because of my mouse and keyboard because I thought that there batteries might be low,  but then I realized that when it happens the programs also getting stopped as a example if there's a loading screen in the screen its stopped when it happens.

Next I saw that my RGB light of the rams are also getting stopped or starting the RGB lighting from the beginning (My rams are the only thing that have RGB in my system)

 

I can surely say that this is a problem with my PC, what should I do now?

and also these days I'm making a WordPress website using localhost is that the problem? (I can't remember if this happens before I start the project)

It's not happening all the time but when it happens it will continue for long time and also do you think its because of 'Windows 11'? because I use windows 11.
