Short circuit Behaviour

Problem description

laptop: Dell 15 Inspiron Gaming edition 7567 

model: P65F

 

Hey guys,

My laptop Suddenly went off during gaming and wont turn on at all now,

Whenever i plug the charger , the charger light goes off,

i have tried removing the battery, harddrives and memory cards just to see if i can turn it on .

But i guess there is a short circuit somewhere.

 

Please Connect me with a Certified and Trusted repair shop who could fix it for me in the usa, Preferably in Miami.

Im from Suriname and because i dont know any shops im posting here for help.
