My computer wont post

I disabled csm and enabled secure boot and then after that my computer wouldnt post all i get is a black screen ive tested my ram, graphics card and psu all of them still work but idk how to test my processor or motherboard

Gigabyte z390 gaming x

Evga rtx 3060

32 gigs of ram

The vga led does show up and i get a black screen but my graphics card works
