How Can I Make This Work?

I want a Corsair Commander Pro and I have 9 LL120 fans I want to wire up to one Commander Pro. I don't want to use fan splitters as basically all of them have one 3-pin non-PWM connections on there. I was looking at those 5-fan 4-pin PWM splitters and I thought if those would work?
