DisplayPort auto detection Problem

So here we are again to see if this can be fixed is there a way to turn off displayport auto detection ''feature'' that Microsoft has added to the system years ago

 

-The TMM solution is for windows mobile devices and nor windows 10 desktop 

-And I don't want to buy a ''thing'' to fix it but a program that can fix it I'm open for
