I need help

The problem is that when I turn on the Pc and go into bios I can remain in the bios for a couple minutes. But then my screen goes black and says no input detected. It’s not the monitor I checked that with a old work bench. 
 

here is the specs. Ryzen 9 5900x. Evga rtx 3080 ftw3 ultra gaming. G.skill royal 2x32gb 3600mhz. Asus crosshair viii dark hero. Seagate ironwolf pro 4tb. 1tb Samsung 980 pro. Corsair 850x 850w 80+gold
