Need Help with bios programmer

I’m kinda Nooby when it comes to computers but this ch341 USB device has a clamp and clamps directly onto the motherboard bios chip to update it directly 

 

I got this I’m order to update it bc it won’t boot since I am running a core i5 3570k on a gigabyte z68 and will not run without the update for some reason 

 

so what I need help with is how do I use the USB device to update my bios
