Hey all.

My EVGA gtx 1070 SC is refusing to use 100% of its capability. Reasons i know this is because in EVGA precision it never hits 100% usage.

I should be able to reach 60 fps in RDR2 with my current specs and it did yesterday. i also saw in EVGA precision that it was finally using 100% of its power. Somehow tho its back to the usual 30-40 fps after a relaunch and well only using about 60 - 80% power. I just cant seem to fix this.

its doing this in every game. Just not utilizing the full potential of this graphics card. Which is well, kind of needed these days with newer titles.

Its not thermal throttling as my GPU does not exceed 75 degrees celcius. Not some kind of virus or bitcoin miner since i did a full wipe with a fresh install of windows on my pc the day before yesterday.

Full specs:

Processor: i7 9700KF

MOBO: Asrock b365m pro

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 SC

PSU: Cooler Master MWE 650 Bronze V2 230V

RAM: 16gbs ddr4 2666mhz Ballistix

Strange, do you have XMP/DOCP enabled?? Are your RAM sticks in the appropriate slots?
