Budget (including currency): under 60k INR

Country: India

 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly games, lil bit of photoshop, video rendering (rarely), medium weight gaming (TF2, witcher 3, OW etc).
Internet browsing obviously, and Dad will only play solitaire so dad will be fine. 

 

Other details I already have the peripherals (speaker, mouse, keyboard,monitor,router), its just that my 10 year old PC died, So I just need the brains and muscles. I will add the GPU later down the line due to budget constraint and I will only game after I install GPU. But do suggest a good GPU too (30k INR?)

I made a list, please check if I can lower the budget more, in case I don't need something.
